I am a retailer. Convince me of your products.
The feedback we have received from our existing merchants indicates that Experience Alternatives™ products are extremely popular. We have also found that people who try one product often return to try others. For instance, a person may buy Salvia, and will be so impressed that they buy Kratom or one of our other Organic Herbal Blends. Add to this sales growth the experience and backing of our sales staff to help you get the most from displaying our products, and it is easy to see why retailers are eager to cash in on the profits available.
Do you need distributors?
As with any company, growth is an important way to measure success. To this end, we are always looking for distributors who are able to extend our reach into new markets, or help get our products to existing merchants. Are there exclusives available to distributors or retailers?
The distribution of our products is a very important aspect of company growth, so we are always looking for new distributors to help us get our products to market. While offering exclusives and other incentives is not usually a method we employ, if your country, sales volume, and sales experience warrant doing so, we may be open to making arrangements. And while you are required to sell the products at MSRP, we offer monthly special incentives that you can pass on to your customers for increased profitability.

Our products will increase your sales and profit. You will be able to expand your product offering to sell more volume into the same amount of stores. You will also attract new customers and create a competitive advantage by serving the needs that our large-scale marketing and public relations campaigns have created. With featured product lines like the Kratom and Salvia products, word of mouth is going to drive up your business, and our other Organic Herbal Blends have shown themselves to be equally popular among those who have tried them.
Are your products guaranteed?
If you are not 100% percent satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return you order for 100% refund. Refund will be offered for reasons including defective products, wrong quantity, wrong item shipped and/or freight damage. We do not offer any other formal guarantee, although some products can be exchanged under certain conditions. If you are extremely happy, or even very dissatisfied, we would like for you to contact us, and tell us about your experience.
Are your prices open for negotiation?
As a company, we have chosen to focus on sustainability and product quality for our competitive advantage. To maintain both, it takes costly investment to develop new products and this demands high-quality standardized testing on an ongoing basis. We have found that value, rather than price is key in our in customer relationships. With our unique product offering, retailers and distributors are able to sell our products at a higher price, and create value through repeat purchases. For these reasons we do not negotiate on price.
Do you offer credit terms?
Currently, we do not offer credit terms. The reason for this is simply because we have discovered that some partners and clients are a little slow in payments, or difficult to collect from. In order to keep our prices from going up to account for products that were never paid for, we simply limit or sales to payment at the time of orders. In this way, we are able to maintain some of the lowest prices available for Salvia, Kratom, and Organic Herbal Blends
What payment methods are available?
We accept payment by AMEX, Visa, MasterCard, Money order, or wire transfer. For the safety of our customers, we do not advise anyone to send cash through the mail. Experience Alternatives™ feels that there are enough purchasing methods available that actual cash transactions should not be necessary.
Are your products legal in my country?
The ingredients used in our products are very common around the world, and our formulations are designed not to include any products which have questionable legal status or any kind. With the exception of Kratom and Salvia (which are regulated in some areas worldwide such as a few Southeast Asian countries), none of the ingredients in any of our products are scheduled or illegal in any country in the world.
What are my risks if I choose to carry your products?
None. Unlike with other products which contain questionable “grey space” ingredients that may result in significant legal issues should the government choose to act, our all natural ingredients have no issues. In our combined experience in this business, we have never had a shop or business which has run into any issues as a result of selling these products. In the event that there was a major recall, or new government regulation we would notify you and offer a replacement product immediately. We have specifically designed the ingredients of our products to be legal in every major market.
