How is my order shipped?
All orders are packaged in plain bags or boxes, via USPS for orders in North America, or Registered Post for orders overseas.
How long does it take for you to ship?
All orders are shipped within 24 hours of us receiving your payment, via USPS for orders in North America, or Registered Post for orders overseas.
Does shipping cost extra?
Shipping is additional to the price of our items and is usually quite reasonable. As shipping is a cost that every online business incurs, it is something that must be charged in one way or another. Rather than increasing the price of our products 2 or 3 times, and giving the illusion of free shipping, we offer our products and shipping at the lowest price on the market.
How long does it take to receive an order?
This completely depends on the service you select and where you live. Typically it takes between 3-5 days by FedEx standard, 3 if you are close to the state of Washington and 5 if you are further, in a state like New York or Florida. International Registered mail to overseas takes between 1 and 2 weeks depending on the country you are in.
What if I am not happy with my order?

If you are not satisfied with your order, we will gladly accept a return and upon receiving the original product back will credit your order immediately. Do you ship internationally? Does it cost extra?
Yes we ship internationally. Rates vary based on where you want your salvia order shipped to and how much salvia you want shipping. Visit our Salvia store and add your order to the shopping cart. Proceed to the checkout and provide your shipping information. Our software will then provide you with information and options (if applicable) for shipping your order, along with the costs.
If I want to get my order next day, how do I do it through your site?
Simply insure your order is placed before 10am during the week. If an order is placed Friday, it will arrive Monday unless specifically requested otherwise. UPS has an additional charge for Saturday delivery, which we cover for you, if it is urgent. If it is urgent, it is also worth calling us after placing your order to confirm we have everything we need and no information has been missed.
