Having trouble getting your card to work?
There are several reasons why you may be having trouble registering your credit card with our payment process:
- Different Addresses You may be unable to use your credit card if the address at which you receive your monthly billing statement does not exactly match the address which you entered when trying to register that card. Check your credit card statement for an exact match, and then try registering your credit card again.
- Card Verification Number Incorrect You may be unable to register your credit card if you did not correctly enter the card verification number. The verification number is a 3-digit number printed on the back of your card. It appears after and to the right of your card number. If a card verification number is not available, please try using a different card. Note: International account holders will not need to add a card verification number.
If you still have trouble:
- Try another card You may not be able to use the card you tried to add in the system. You may want to try to register a different card.
- Try again later You may be able to successfully add your credit card if you try again at a later time.
- Try an alternate funding source You can always make a payment using a check or money order.
Do you charge my card when I order or when you ship?
When you order, your card is verified to be working and to have enough credit available for your purchase, but is not charged. When we ship your order out we charge your card for the appropriate amount.
Is your site secure for credit cards?
We go to great efforts to insure our site, and your information, is secure. In addition to using 128 bit encryption to communicate with the bank, all customer contact information is stored in an encrypted database that no unauthorized person can read.
I am having trouble ordering with my credit card. What should I do?
Often this problem is due to a problem with the bank issuing your card, such as funds temporarily unavailable or a hold accidentally being placed on your account. From time to time, we do have problems communication with the card processing bank, in which case we can take your order by phone, and process it later. If you experience problems using your credit card in our site, please call us or send us an email letting us know you would like to place an order.
I don't have a credit card. How do I pay for my salvia?
Many of our customers choose to order by money order or bank draft. These can easily be obtained from your local bank or post office. Immediately upon receiving your payment, your order is pushed to the front of the line and we ship your order out.
If I send a money order, how will I know that you received it?
When sending a money order or bank draft in to us, we always suggest you either send it priority courier or by registered mail. In this way you are able to know that we received it, and are able to track it if lost.
If I am sending a money order, how do I know how much to pay for shipping?
Very simply, enter your information into the site as if you were going to place an order, and click through to the next page. Before it asks you for your credit card, it will display the total price with shipping. Simply print this out, exit the online order and mail this piece of paper in with your payment.
